Umadevi has over 14 years of experience in HR & Accounting function covering Payroll & Statutory Compliance. Having spent 10 years in the complex environment of BPL Ltd. & handling multiple clients for 3 years in Visbin Associates, her strong entrepreneurial spirit lead to the creation of Candor.
She has been a part of the transition period of handling manual to computerized processes and was a key contributor to the development of the Payroll & Statutory compliance softwares.
Uma has done her M.Com. & is a Gold Medalist in Business Taxation from Mysore University.

Namrata Shilpi brings over 11 years of cross functional experience in Business Process Management, Quality Control, Knowledge management, Business Development and Web Solutions across companies like LG, Star and Indiainfo.
With her previous experience as Management Representative responsible for ISO 9001 for Indiainfo she brings a strong process focus to the organization
Namrata has graduated from Lady Shri Ram Delhi, has done her MBA from SMC Pune
